Taking better care of your body may reduce your stress level. If you are not eating properly, start by making one small change that would be easy for you. Below are a few examples:
Take snacks to work with you, i.e. trail mix, fresh fruit,or other healthier alternative.
Reduce caffeine and/or substitute or add one glass of water a day.
Take ten deep breaths when stressed – place reminders in strategic places, i.e. post-it notes, cell phone, computer screen, etc.
Exercise at lunchtime, park farther away, or take the stairs when you can.
